Background Information
I moved to Gainesville in January 1980, and loved it from the first day. Since moving to Gainesville, I have been involved in the building industry and in property management.

I have worked for three builders in Gainesville, and have become quite involved in the process of building homes, subdivisions and apartment complexes. My husband and I have personally built our last two homes.

From the experience of this industry, my husband and I bought our first rental property, and started our interest in property management. We have several properties of our own that we rent and management. I managed, from the accounting end, a very large property management company, which had 352 units.

I decided that I wanted to be more active in my own role for my future. I went to real estate school, and received my real estate license in February 2003. I have experience all around the industry from in-different levels.

In 2003 my husband and two other partners purchased an apartment complex, and handled all the aspects of managing it. After the first year, we converted it to condominiums and sold them all within a six month period.

In 2004 I had the pleasure of listing a condo conversion of 101 units. From the day of listing to the date that the last one closed, six months passed. It was a whirlwind listing and sale. Due to the price point, they were very desirable condos.

For my first full year in real estate, I sold $15,000,000.00. I was awarded top listing agent for Bosshardt Realty for 2004. I have continued my success into the current years. I do a monthly mail out to all of my previous clients and farm several areas in Gainesville.
