I don’t work normal “office hours” as most of my clients would tell you. I am there to walk my clients through their questions when they need me most. I believe in honesty and integrity and I have many loyal clients that I have worked with for many years that are like family.

Background Information
I was born in Tennessee and later moved to West Palm Beach, Florida where I attended high school and college. I practiced real estate in West Palm Beach, Florida for several years and have been an active member of the Gainesville, Florida market since early 2004. My husband was a graduate of University of Florida (Go Gators!) and wanted to move back to Gainesville to raise our family.

My educational background is in teaching which goes hand in hand with my real estate career. I feel it has helped me tremendously to educate my clients on the real estate process. I believe there is no such thing as a stupid question and encourage my clients to ask me about any concerns no matter how big or small they may be.

Before I received my real estate license, my background had been in retail sales / management. I owned a retail store in West Palm Beach and enjoyed working with customers and vendors. It was exciting and I enjoyed traveling and going to trade shows. I did this for almost five years and enjoyed every minute of it. My goals changed once I had children and I wanted a job where I wouldn’t have to travel or be at my store over twelve hours a day. I decided to pursue real estate because I wanted a career where I could be a mother too. I enjoy being able to actively work every day and also be available for my children’s needs as well. I always wanted to be the “soccer mom” but didn’t want to give up my independence to maintain a career. Real Estate has been a wonderful balance of the two in my life and I can’t think of anything I would rather do.

Areas of Expertise
I specialize in foreclosure sales and work hand in hand with over 60 banks listing foreclosure properties. I also work with many local investors and help them purchase these properties and determine repair values, market values and profit margin. I really enjoy working with investors and helping them earn substantial profits on real estate investing. In addition to foreclosure sales, I was a buyer’s agent for many years in West Palm Beach and enjoyed helping first time buyers purchase their dream home. I assisted with financing, inspections and made the process easy and enjoyable for buyer’s looking to purchase their first home. I also have assisted sellers in marketing their homes and provide them extensive information of other comparable sales and listings in their area.
