Background Information
Tessie grew up in Lakeland Florida but moved to Gainesville in 1997 to attend college as an Art major. While attending college she broadened her interests to include scene painting, set design and decorative painting. After completing her first two years of college she started working closely with interior decorators on custom wall finishes and color selections. This is where she discovered her love for remodeling. Her husband is a successful business owner and respected contractor in Gainesville. Together they decided to invest in real estate by purchasing properties and rehabilitating them. At the beginning of this venture Tessie acquired her real estate license and started working for Gator Homes Realty. With her background in decorating and design it is easy for her to see the hidden potential in a house. She loves using that ability to match up clients with the perfect home. Tessie enjoys being a realtor and helping people realize their immediate goals as well as their dreams for the future.
